Thank you for this.

Trouble is it may not be too late but 71 year olds can be very set in their

ways (with diet etc) and tend to have more faith in their drs and

cardiologists than they do me!!

I am trying to get her to see an alternative dr but somehow I doubt she will

and I certainly dont see her drinking raw buffalo liver!! She tries things I

suggest very half heartedly ie for a few days and then stops because it hasnt

worked! Very frustrating!

They really have got her in such a mess.

If I had the money I would send her to Stephen Sinatra clinic in US which seem

to be what she needs.

Thanks again,

Adrienne.

<>Interestingly, Dr. David Williams addressed a closely related issue in

his monthly " Alternatives " newsletter when he discussed getting off of

Warfarin and substituting Nattokinase with a reader. I would think that

your question would lead to nattokinase plus garlic, turmeric, vit E,

fish oil, angelica, danshen, ginger, willow, and clove (his list).

William's suggestion is that you find a suitable health care

professional who would help in transitioning to several of these

supplements gradually while monitoring the progress. Obviously, this

would be someone very different from the one that she is seeing presently.

Seventy-one seems mighty young these days and certainly it is far from

too late. I am 68 and have never been on any drugs, but have always

carefully followed a very nutritious semi-raw food diet devoid of

processed food over the last ten years. She has most likely made some

bad choices and possibly has had some bad breaks, but it is certainly

not too late. Interestingly, I have a close friend my age with

identical problems to your mothers who has been eating (drinking) raw

uncooked buffalo liver blended up and mixed with raw garlic and any

number of very heart healthy veggies and supplements including many

onWilliam's list above. I doubt if many would be willing to make his

sacrifice and effort, but, according to her condition, it may be the

only path to wellness when one is this deteriorated. Raw (organically

raised) organ meats judiciously used are very regenerative for the

heart, especially when combined with the above.

Warfarin is not likely to help her at all in the long run and most

likely the other drugs are not much better. For the osteo I would

recommend transdermal magnesium which would help with both conditions I

appreciate your concern I wish her the best.
