Optimizing Vitamin C and Magnesium?

Hi,

 

I have recently been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea and am

trying to do everything I can to optimize my health. This would

include the most useful intake of both magnesium and vitamin C.

 

In order to optimize vitamin C, I read that I am to increase the

dosage till the bowels become loose. And in order to optimize vitamin

C, I read that I am to increase the dosage till the bowels become

loose.

 

So how do I optimize my intake of both?

We got what you meant to say, Irma, you are advised to take both vitamin C and

magnesium to bowel tolerance, to treat for sleep apnea. You can't do both

accurately, so do the vitamin C to bowel tolerance, and take the magnesium in

liquid form transdermally. Never gets to the bowel. You can find liquid

magnesium at www.magneticclay.com or, I just read somewhere, Whole Foods now

sells some brand of magnesium oil. Either will do.

 

I have sleep apnea too but have never heard of this treatment. Let us know if

it works, please.
