You might be interested in watching these short videos regarding a simple

procedure named Autohemotherapy, which reportedly increases macrophage

activity levels from 5% to 20 to 22%, which lasts for 7 days. A few cc of blood

are drawn from a vein and then injected into muscle of the same subject.

It works on animals too. There is a demonstration video as well a Q and A

video, a video with some case studies, and more.
