Guest guest
1. Find some one to test your for your unique dosage of iodine. My suggestion is find some one who is excellent at muscle testing. Or apply to skin and do the skin test if you are taking it orally -- that should give you a clue 2. Are you taking the best form of magnesium; I've consistently read that transdermal magnesium is more easily absorbed and utilized than either all or most forms of ingested magnesium. 3. don't eat white bread or any white flour product, don't drink tap water, some juices, don't eat out often. Here's why Iodine is needed not only by the thyroid but in many organs and cells. Iodine is a halogen and other halogens will fill the iodine recepter. The other halogens are flouride, chlorine, bromine. Its best to avoid these, buy thats hard to do as our water is chlorinated and flouridated, and flour is brominated. That means you also get both chlorine and flourine in juices, canned goods and processed bought teas and coffees, foods made with water, and in many other products. Flour is made into crackers, cookies, pastries, breads, gravies, and the like so its hard to avoid. To see the detrimental effects of these halogens (flouride, chlorine, bromine) google and check out various health food or alt med sites. While this (above) may not be the cause of your particular situation, avoiding them can only help. Also go here: www.jerrytennantinstitute.com . There is a lot of information there that should help you troubleshoot your situation. g
