Preferably a list that might also cover what ailments the should not be used on as well would be great. I mean i don't want to give a person who has high blood pressure something that will raise their blood or someone with anemia something that will might thin out their blood, you know. No, i do not plan on starting to give anyone anything until i have a comprehensive understanding of what i am doing, i am not stupid and would never recommend something to anyone unless i was 100% it would do them good and not bad.
