Guest guest
I have several questions about Paul Chek and his courses. How respected is Paul Chek and his courses within the healthcare field? One criticism of him is that his philosophy is too cosmic and somewhat irrational. Some say that he has become increasingly irrational. How true is this? The more philosophical aspects of his ideas on overall health may be lacking in evidence, but isn't the rest of the material in his courses based on sound science? Are his courses too expensive? Are they worth it in that they pay for themselves by justifying higher fees? What are your opinions of each series of courses he offers: Exercise Coach, Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Chek Practitioner? I was thinking about taking the NASM CPT course. Should I take the Chek Exercise Coach course instead? It seems to be much more comprehensive and individualized for each client. Are there other holistic health practitioners that offer comprehensive exercise and overall health courses similar to Paul Chek's? Thanks for any replies.
