Guest guest
How to detect your food allergies: Take your pulse (easiest at the side of the neck) in morning before getting out of bed. This is your base rate. Use it to compare to everything else. Don't put any chemicals on your body (ie: mouthwash, soap, toothpaste) which can cause an immune response. (Your immune system is responsible for both microbe and toxin/chemical elimination.) Eat or drink something you want to test. 15 minutes later sit down and completely rest your body and mind for 5 minutes and then take your pulse. An increase of 6 or more pulses per minute indicates an allergy. If no pulse increase then you can repeat the test with another food. Write down the foods tested and the before and after pulse rate. Try to just test pure foods, not mixtures of prepared foods. The book telling even more is The Pulse Test: The Secret of Building Your Basic Health available at amazon.com
