For dry skin

Here's what worked for me. You must drink lots and lots of water and

keep a humidifier in your bedroom at night (to check if you're getting

enough humidity......40-50% is good...........you can buy a thing that

measures humidity.....it's a little strip with a magnet, don't remember

where I got it). Room humidifiers are particularly important for your

bedroom at night. Just google room humidifiers with a silver disk (this

kills bacteria). Dry skin is skin without moisture. Also, there are

companies that make some wonderful, natural sprays for dry throat (you

can google with those keywords). I also take showers only every other

day (I live in Maryland on the East Coast, it's very cold and dry here

now), but I do wash my face every night with a natural non-drying soap.

Hello Inge,

I've always believed that what is happening with your body on the outside,

especially with your skin, is closely related to what is going on the inside of

your body....mainly your gut. Along with lots of good filtered water,

unrefined/virgin coconut oil used in cooking and taken orally on a regular basis

will do wonders for dry skin......and a whole lot more for your body:o) I also

use it as a moisturizer every day.

God's peace-

Nancy
