Guest guest
Do you want your fibro symptoms to go away? Are you looking for the magic bullet? Are you tired of the throbbing, burning, stabbing, and aching? Do physicians give you the, " I can't do anything for you. " line? I have battled Fibromyalgia for six and a half years. Yes, yes, yes, I went through it all. The physicians, medical tests, books, chat rooms, physical therapy, supplement, chronic pain classes, Emergency Room visits, MRIs, diet (add protein; subtract dairy and vegetables that grow beneath the ground like potatoes). I wasn't happy because after bending my life to meet the needs of Fibromyalgia, I still was unable to run, jump, hike, lift, and stay awake all night or all day for a matter of fact. I decided I was going to beat this thing and I have simply done so by eating sun flower seeds. I also drink around a 1/4 of a cup of sunflower oil a day. And please remember do not use the dry roasted sunflower seeds because they don't work. When you start feeling better don't stop eating the sunflower seeds. If you feel great and forget to eat them, the next day will be a little painful. Good Luck! I'm going on a 60 minute walk in the cold and I won't hurt later. Guest guest
Sounds like you found what works. Some people have the symptoms of Fibromyalgia but it sometimes is Lyme Disease, which is not easy to cure, its a very difficult disease to treat if one has had it a long time. , " amulantwolf " <amulantwolf wrote: > > Do you want your fibro symptoms to go away? Guest guest
The Fibromyalgia I had went away when I got on natural thyroid repllacement (Armour) and then went gluten free. The Armour helped a lot but when I took gluten out of my diet it was gone completely.
