Taste in Mouth

I have been having strange taste in the mouth, first it will taste like blood,

then metallic, then sour.  My blood pressure for no reason strangely have been

up for the past few days hovering between 140 to 160 over 90.  Also stomach

cramps/gas.   This all took place after i came out of the hospital where they

gave me insulin injections (once), aspirins, iv and pills to bring down blood

pressure, antiembolism injections on my tummy (twice, which caused it to

bruise).   And i was there for one night and a day.  That was in December before

Christmas 2009.  I am also diabetic but my blood sugar A1C is 6.5. 

 

Does anyone have a clue on what is causing all this?  Can this be caused by

supplements/herbs i took?
