Guest guest
Here's what worked for me. You must drink lots and lots of water and keep a humidifier in your bedroom at night (to check if you're getting enough humidity......40-50% is good...........you can buy a thing that measures humidity.....it's a little strip with a magnet, don't remember where I got it). Dry skin is skin without moisture. Also, a company called Thayers in the U.S. makes some wonderful, natural sprays for dry throat. The website is thayers.com. I also take showers only every other day (I live in Maryland on the East Coast, it's very cold and dry here now), but I do wash my face every night with a natural non-drying soap.
