Guest guest
Christy, I do not do this myself but a neighbor does. They tell me that it removes all plaque on the teeth. Any type of oil works (coconut tastes best)...but 20 minutes is a stretch for me...but it does work...Lynn Koiner - ChristyL Monday, January 18, 2010 3:36 PM << >> Re: Gum disease and herbs It's not herbal, but try " oil pulling. " It's where you swish an oil, like raw coconut oil, for instance, through your teeth for about 20 minutes, I think. You chew, push, and pull the oil through the teeth, which is supposed to work wonderfully for pulling toxins out of the mouth and entire body. Spit out the oil when finished, and do it first thing in the morning. There is much more info online about this. Best wishes! Guest guest
Thanks. Sounds interesting. I did try CQ10, vitamin C and MSM and saw a big improvement in the gum tissue and my pain. Guest guest
Do you brush with the Vit C powder and how about the MSM?? Just wondering. I have had friends say wonderful things about the oil pulling but I haven't because 20 minutes is to much for me too. I would like to do the supplements.. I also use the rife machine which zaps the bacteria. You can also purchase one of the same zappers from Dr. Clark's website which would do the same if you have gum disease. I also research www.curezone.com and got some great ideas..
