Guest guest
Hi Veeda, Get neem oil and neem bark and mix together in a paste and leave on your gums for 10 to 15 minutes and then wash it off.. I have had many patients that were able to reduce their inflammation and tighten the pockets. Guest guest
Vitamin C helps gums. I have sensitive gums and use to have frequent gum inflammation. I found White Oak Bark powder helped my inflamed gums. It has to be rubbed on the gums and teeth. I found this Info. long age from Dr. John Christopher's old remedy book. I also tried Dr. Christopher's combination tooth-gum powder formula, but found the pure white oak bark powder alone worked better for me. Everyone reacts and heals differently, have to experiment and see what works. I also found the best disinfectant mouth wash for me is Listerine. After brushing I sometimes change off Listerine rinsing with peroxide mouth rinsing. I haven't had inflammed gums in a long time. _http://www.mountainroseherbs.com/bulkherb/w.html_ (http://www.mountainroseherbs.com/bulkherb/w.html) (you can get Organic White Oak Bark powder here) _http://www.herbsfirst.com/descriptionsformulas/herbaltoothpowder.html_ (http://www.herbsfirst.com/descriptionsformulas/herbaltoothpowder.html) (Tooth powder formula) _http://www.herballegacy.com/Ailments_ & _Programs.html_ (http://www.herballegacy.com/Ailments_ & _Programs.html) (Dr. Christopher ailment remedies site) Diane In a message dated 1/14/2010 9:10:39 P.M.
