Guest guest
Does anyone know where I can get clean B12 shots (I'm in the US) or at least a brand name? Thanks, -m
Guest guest
In another , a lady posted that she put a tablet of B-12 in a two ounce bottle with a dropper lid, and then filled it up with DMSO. It takes a week or so for the tablet to dissolve. She applied a dropperful on a very clean part of her arm (DMSO takes the germs inside the system as well so make sure surface where you will apply it is super clean). She felt very good after that and it lasted for a day. The next day, no good feeling, because B-12 is stored in the liver for a month. The following month she applied again, and she felt good once more. Since then, she did it once a month only. Melly , Fred Cypert <naturopath4u wrote: > > I have a patient that always needed shots. Guest guest
Thanks. I was just thinking last night about ways to administer B12 on the skin etc. I had forgotten about using DMSO. I think there may be other " mediums " that could be used for mixing the B12 into. I also found a nice methyl B12 liquid from VRP.com that might work better... Thanks again. , " tita_mel " <tita_mel wrote: > > In another , a lady posted that she put a tablet of B-12 in a two ounce bottle with a dropper lid, and then filled it up with DMSO. Guest guest
According to Dr. Pall's research, the sub lingual vitamin B12 works just as well as the shots. That is, the oral, SUB LINGUAL pills. And he highly recommends using the Methylcobalamin, not just Cyanocobalamin form,(check the label). Cyano is what is usually found in over the counter pills, because it is the cheapest to make, but it is also the least effective and absorbable. I have been taking both, 1000 mcg daily, and it has reduced my chemical sensitivity, increased my energy, and produced general overall wellbeing. Just don't expect the pills that are digested, those that you have to swallow, to work well. Under the tongue works great. Marji
Guest guest
Thanks for the comments. I have been using sublingual methyl 1000 lozenges for the past few years (although not daily) and still have what looks like pernicious anemia and a dropping platelet count. A holistic doctor gave me a shot of B12 (along with a few other nutrients) and I felt better for a few days. Not all agree that lozenges work as good as shots. I read that you may only absorb 1% from a lozenge. But since I can't get the " clean " shots without a 'script, I may " up " my lozenge size (to 5 mg) and do them daily... Thanks again. -m , " Marjij " <marjij wrote: > > According to Dr. Pall's research, the sub lingual vitamin B12 works just as well as the shots. That is, the oral, SUB LINGUAL pills.
