Guest guest
I've been using the lozenges, but recently read that even they may not be enough to really build low stores of b12 in someone who's low. My pernicious anemia has worsened, even with the methylcobalamin lozenges. And I got an energy boost after receiving a shot at the doc's office. Thanks, -m , Alobar <Alobar wrote: > > Why not just take sublingual B-12, several times a day? > > Alobar > > On Wed, Dec 23, 2009 at 10:29 AM, yoonit <yoonit wrote: > > Does anyone know of a source or brand of such?
