Hi,

 

I just wanted to introduce myself, I'm L. My husband and I have been leading an

organic life for the past 2 years. I love researching natural health and whole

body care. I can't wait to chime in and help (and get help).

 

I have been searching for a reason/cure for my scaly legs and dry/aged skin. I

am a vegetarian but I do take omega 3's, and I take Garden Of Life supplements,

raw multi, probiotics, b 12, and cal/mag. Any tips? We have the Aquasauna

Rhino filter for the whole house. I'm just sick of having aged looking skin

when I'm in my 20's! Thanks.
