Eat yogurt, wash with yogurt, drink unsweetened cranberry juice, green tea, vit

C, probiotics.

After you are healed, continue above for prevention. - just read an article in

a yoga magazine about this, sorry I don't remember which one.

Good luck!

Women who wear nylon undies or other undies which do not breathe tend

to get UTIs and yeast infections. 100% cotton is best.

An old girlfriend of mine cured a yeast infection my putting a

tablespoon of yogurt in her vagina, twice a day. Must be live

culture yogurt with no flavorings or sugar.

Hello,

I've had great success using apple cider vinegar.  Make sure it is raw, organic,

unprocessed with the mother.  Add 2 tablespoons to 8 ounces of cold water.

Sweeten with 1 tablespoon raw, organic honey.  Stir until dissolved.  Drink this

4 times a day for 7 days.  Also drink plenty of water.  Avoid coffee, colas,

dark teas.  You can continue this as a preventative, but decrease vinegar to 1

tablespoon and drink 2-3 times a day.  Cranberry tabs also work well as a

preventative.  Hope this helps!

One of the best UTI cures is D-mannose. You can buy it in any drug store. It

works best for e coli type UTIs ans is fast.
