Guest guest
Tea...except that it too has caffeine. lol...but seriously I use niacin, B12, and C, and Arginine. Niacin- the release assured type- has been my personal remedy for many things over the past 30 years or so. It opens up the tiny blood vessels. Since it is doing that toxins are released and removed as well. You have to just feel HEALTHY when considering that your entire circulatory system is working well while that flush is ongoing and afterwards especially. Then there's the old remedy from my grandmother which I occasionally still employ: sulfured molases taken in large spoonfuls. Ginseng root works very well to revive and give energy. Ginger root also helps as a nice warm tea. Michael - jim Reply to sender | Reply to group Messages in this topic (3) Recent Activity: a..
