Hey guys and girls. I have been very lucky to get a personal trainer. She

being a smart woman has told me and my husband to go down to only one cup of

coffee a day when we were having 3. I'm pretty tired and just out of it lately

since I've changed though. Is there anything naturally I could do to perk

myself up in the afternoons and night?

For energy, try the following:

 

Suma root

Schizandra berry

Gotu Kola

Ginseng

Nettle

Maca

Alpha Lipoic Acid

L-Carnitine

L-Arginine

 

The herbs can be purchased from places like herbalcom.com. If you prefer

tinctures, you can get some or all of them from places like vitacost.com.

Caffein withdrawl is just like that of any other drug. Once you get

through a couple of days, you will be cured. What you don't want is

another addiction to take its place, right?
