Sleep promoting agents: St. John's Wort, 300mg three times daily or as a tea, Kava 100mg three times daily or as a tea, Valerian, 400-900mg before bed German Chamomile 2-8g three times a day or as a tea Anti-InflammatoriesA Tumeric .5-1g 2-3 times per day Ginger as a tea up to four cups per day For energy, Ginseng. " Gota kola " 1-3 cups per day. Meditation is good. Highly recommended is biofeedback and hypnosis. Yoga and QiGong are very good, and especially Tai Chi. Acupuncture has been beneficial in 60% of studies.
