I find that you have to move the blood, which Mu Dan Pi in Liu Wei Di Huang Wan does. Yi Mu Cao is also a good herb if its not too blood moving for the patient. In some there needs to be a warming agent to the lower jiao like Wu Yao. I believe that it has developed as a direct result of my taking migraine medication over a number of years. Now I am searching for any assistance that would help me deal with this in a non - allopathic manner. Any comments of guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Too eaarly to tell yet; I have only taken the supplement for 4 days and only half the dosage recommended since I seem to over react to meds/supplements.
