Guest guest
I have just removed them from my supplier list. I have had the last 6 orders delayed, refunded or in 2 cases still chasing them down. At one time they were fast and efficient but that doesn't seem to be the case any longer. Hi All, Is anyone here familiar with Cedarvale Natural Health? They're in Kansas and have a website where they sell oils, herbs, hydrosols, and customized toiletries, etc. I'm having a problem with the company. In July I placed a large order and received half of it. I was informed that the rest was on back-order and would be sent whenever the items came in, probably within two weeks. I said okay. After a month I contacted them to learn the status of my order because it hadn't arrived yet. They answered to say they were still waiting, it would probably be another two weeks, and would I prefer a refund? I said no, I'd wait. It's almost three months now...I haven't got my order...I've sent numerous emails and attempted to phone the company...no response at all. The phone number still works, but I get a recording saying they're out of the office or whatever and to please leave a message--except that the voicemail receiver is full. Does anybody know anything about Cedarvale or how I should proceed? TIA, jaime
Guest guest
Hi Jaime, I'm sorry you're going through such a mess w/Cedarvale. Nearly 3 months to receive an order is definitely excessive. Are they awaiting your supplies from overseas? I've never done business them, but I have heard both positive & negative feedback. There are a couple of wonderful review boards for soapers on . There are suppliers & consumers on these groups that will generously give you input. I'm sure you're trying to avoid a contact to BBB, but that may prompt them to respond. SuppliersReviewList/?yguid=159836398 SupplyReview/?yguid=159836398 The 2nd group SupplyReview is more of a " no nonsense " group & there is not much OT. You can post both positive & negative feedback about a supplier. Tina Busacker runs the list & you can even post anonymously. Neither group will clog up your email & I've found it valuable to belong to them. Best of luck! Guest guest
Hi Jaime, There has been a lot of talk about Cedarvale lately on another list I'm on. It seems maybe they've had a change in management or something and since that took place, people have had nothing but problems with them. Most of those having problems did go through the BBB to get their issues resolved if they chose to resolve them. I hope this helps some! I just know with all I've heard lately I would never take a chance with them! So sorry you've had problems. :-( Kelly - " Brian Jacobs " <jacobs.fam " " Thursday, September 23, 2004 12:48 AM Anyone know Cedarvale? > Hi All, > > Is anyone here familiar with Cedarvale Natural Health? Guest guest
Thanks to everyone who has responded about my question. I'm checking into the things you've mentioned and hope to resolve the issue soon. It's so frustrating! It's also very sad for a company that used to have loyal customers to go downhill like this. I hate to see it happen. Oh, well. There are other companies I can take my business to. I'm finding more of them every THURSDAY ) Thanks again, jaime p.s. To the vendors I've discovered so far on this list--I am positively thrilled with everything I've bought! Now if I can just avoid going broke before trying out each and every one of you....
