Guest guest
>>>>Cool! I just love drumming, listening that is. >> Oh goodness, you should join in!!! Tis way more fun that way We have regular drumming circles at a local park, and we always encourage first timers to pick up an extra drum or rattle and join in. Someone always brings extras.........wether it is tambourines, rattles drums or even rain sticks can be used as percussion instruments. We were lucky enough to have a guy here by the name of Todd......here is the excerpt from the flyer: >>>>Neurologist Barry Bittman, M.D. and his renowned research team discovered that a specific group drumming approach significantly increased the disease fighting activity of circulating white blood cells (Natural Killer cells) that seek out and destroy cancer cells and virally infected cells. Todd Balcom,MT-BC has been trained by Dr. Barry Bittman to facilitate the HealthRhythms drumming protocol in a variety of group settings.>>> See! It is even good FOR you! LOLOL >>>>When I was doing a show this summer called the World Beat Festival there was lots of it. I had a booth in the African Village and there was a booth not far from me where they sold african drums, made them and also had workshops for the kidos to make some too. Had a drummers show and it was way cool! Sold a bit of shea butter to those that knew it was good for thier drums.>> Yep, most drummers do use shea......but you'll still find those that don't think anything should be used. We started out learning african rhythms.....but now I am pleased to say that we even have a Middle Eastern Belly Dance rhythm down pat! >>>Your recipe sounds good, might have to look into something like that for next years show for those drummers. >>> I think they will like it! All of the drummers in my town use it. >>>>Hope ya had a great time playing! Margaret>> Of course! LOL This weekend will be nothing but drumming.....is it Friday yet????????
