Guest guest
Oh, BTW, stay in the same position upon awakening as it helps to remember your dreams better. Keep pen and paper at your bedside to write them down. Dreams are symbolic and are particular to you. There are generalities (ie, a house represents the dreamer as does a vehicle. But I have noticed that sometimes that isn't always the case. An object in my dream may have a certain meaning in a dream book but it means something else to me. Go with what it means to you, if you know what that is. Sometimes you have to delve to figure out what someone or something means to you to get the meaning of the dream. Nightmares are a way of getting your attention. Numbers: 5 means change 6 means a message 8 means for eternity 4 means balance Being chased by someone means you are running away from yourself, a part of yourself. Try to stop and confront whomever is chasing you to find out what you are running from. Telephone messages means there is a message in the dream for you. Calling 911 or the police means you are reaching out for help. Go within and there you will find what you are looking for. Colors: Green - healing Blue - peace Red - anger or passion Purple - spiritual Yellow - joy Black - the unknown or an ending (death) Being pregnant or giving birth means a new aspect of yourself Death means an ending Seasons mean something (Autumn - you are harvesting/reaping what you have sowed) Directions mean things (N, S, E, W) Winds mean change. Big winds mean big changes Tornados mean strong sudden changes. (I used to hate these dreams). Water means emotions. Muddy waters can mean to clean up your emotions. I have a saying that goes like this: " You gotta go through the mud and the muck to get to the good stuff. " Sometimes mud in my dreams signifies this " mud and muck " which confirms that I'm still working through it and the good stuff is coming. Swimming means keeping your ahead above water in your emotional life and swimming right along. Sharks in the water : beware of sharks! In waking life you may come across people (sharks) who eat you up emotionally. They don't listen to you and are hot headed, etc. You don't want to enter that pool. Anyway -- get a book or two. Also, you can get answers to your prayers/questions in your dreams. Teresea C.
