Go to your book store and get a feel for the dream books there. You may have

to purchase several before you find the one that's " right " for you. I'm

partial to Betty Bethards' The Dream Book. I believe her website is

www.innerlightfoundation.com. The book has a rainbow on the cover.

When studying dreams, be sure to sleep on your right side. I was " guided " to

do this and have found that I dreamt more and was able to recall them better

when I did this.

I have also found that dreams take on different tones. For me, it was like

different levels of dreaming. And I don't mean precognitive vs. lucid vs.

whatever. I remember my first level. I got a letter in my dream on purple

paper.

I can't remember what it said but someone was saying goodbye to me. But I

do remember it was signed, " The Dream Team " . It was quite special to me.

Good luck on your journey. I've studied mine for 10 years now. They've been

a blessing -- in fact they saved my life -- they directed me to get a

mammogram almost 10 years ago which led to the discovery of breast cancer in its

microscopic form.

Good luck,

Sorry for the off topic message. Does anyone here study dreams?

I've had some *crazy* and *strange* dreams over the past few years

and have done some research on my own as to what they may mean.

Would love to learn more. Any books or websites recommended?
