Guest guest
I just came from the dentist for my semi-annual cleaning. I didn't have any problems, though the hygienist said my gums were " a tiny bit red. " Are there any herbs or EO's for gum and teeth health? I know rinsing with tea tree oil mixed with water can be beneficial. (Not sure how much or how often) And I've heard of people using emu oil. Any tips or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks, Ginger in NC

Guest guest
Best thing I know is myrrh and goldenseal. NOT as essential oil, but ground myrrh and herb goldenseal. Made up fresh every two days. I buy capsules and use one capsule of each , dissolved in a cup of boiling water, poured over them.Strain through an unbleached coffee filter and swish in your mouth several times a day. It's amazing what it can cure fast to infections and gums. C-M
