I put mine into 4 oz double walled containers

Hi all ...

Just a quick question: why do we use double walled jars? I don't sell

lotions or creams, but have been wondering about that for a while.

Thanks.

Hi Dian,

I just used them cause its what I had on hand - I got them on a

clearance from a friend who was cleaning out her supply room and the

price and size were right *lol*

Hi Chris,

Thanks for the response. Sounds like as good a reason as any to use

something. LOL.

Hi Carol,

Why do you use them? Is there a special purpose or reason for using them? I

am just curious because maybe someday I will want to make creams.

TIA

Dian

I love double walled containers, mine are frosted, and I use them for all my

cold creams..

Well, LOL funny you should ask.. I tried to come up with my own lotion

formula, I looked at a ton of them and picked this , discarded that, well

you get the idea.. Well, the lotion was poured into tubes and left to cool,

and was soo thick that I couldn't get it out. I mean thicker than

ketchup..lol

When I tried it, it was rich and wonderful, and I loved it, It had taken me

6 months to come up with it, and I loved it.. so in order the sell it , I

had to reheat it, just a little than pour it into the jars..

There are many differnt types of the double walled, the frosted is my

personal fav, and comes in a variety of sizes, I think the 1/2 ounce one, I

used for free samples..
