ROFLMAO! You're such a comfort C-M, " The only way to go is up " ROFLMAO!

Doesn't really matter, I was just curious as to what he said to me after the

Hey Kathleen,

You can always try the translator at Alta Vista. Sometimes doesn't get all

the words, but you'll get a good idea.

Ir means: " it can only get better "

and it's ' besser' not 'bessen'....

I really dislike those computer translation programs, they should wait

until they have their act together !

' Es kann nur bessen werden' ( It can only get better)

translates into with Babelfish:

'It can only bessen to become'

translate this back into German:

' Es kann bessen nur, um zu werden ', ( which makes no sense)

Take that back into English and out comes:

'It CAN only bessen ton become '.....

As you can see those translator thingies are very strange.

Really, it can only get better :)

So, basically he was telling me that I'm crap! ROFLMAO! >>

Of course one has to know the context this was written in, but I don't see it

that way.

It's an expression often used in German, which more means that things will get

better ?

That the situation will get better? Improve ?

Or when things get so bad that it is the bottom and it has to get better?
