Guest guest
I know that many of us struggle with sterilization issues for our bottle and jars so I thought I'd throw this idea into the ring. What about the bottle sterilizers that they make for baby bottles? I don't think some of the taller bottles are going to fit in these... but for jars, this seems almost as good - and maybe less of a PIA than using the pressure cooker. On the down side, it means buying another piece of plastic that will ultimately end up in the landfill. So I'm not advocating everyone going out and picking up a new one. But for any that might already have one, or can reuse or recycle one, this might be a good idea. JenB
Guest guest
Hi! Jen B. my name is John I am new to the group. You can also sterilize your bottles or anything else that you can submerge in water for about 20mins. With grapefruit seed extract. About 20drops to a gal. of water should kill just about anything. This is not an essential oil. Best regards, John
