Salt Scrubs?

I got a very pretty jar of Avocado Salt Scrub in a gift bag, but I have

no clue what to do with this (and there are no directions on the jar.)

It appears home made, and was likely purchased at a local fair/flea

market.

Help! Is this something I use in a bath or foot soak? It’s large salt

crystals in avocado oil, and doesn’t seem like it’s a bath salt mixture,

but I really don’t know.

This is used to exfoliate, and it will make your skin feel wonderful. After

you wash in your shower, you scoop some of the mixture out with your hand, or

spoon and rub it onto your skin. Pay special attention to you elbows, knees,

and the heals of your feet. Then rinse it off. Be careful this will make the

bottom of your shower/tub very slippery.

Sounds to me as if you have a body scrub. You take some and make circular

motions starting at the feet and working your way up. Go gently on

sensitive areas (breasts, neck and face) this will scrub of the dead skin

cells and kick start your circulation. I recommend that you do this in the

shower. Pick up any large amounts off the shower and keep going. When

finished finish up with a cool shower and wonderful smelling soap and you

will feel like a new woman. Kathy
