pregnancy and preventing illness

OK, I hope you all can help me out with this one! My husband feels like he is

coming down with a cold, so we loaded him up on all sorts of good things like

oregano, vit. C, elderberry ,etc. He's got me paranoid that I may be coming

down with it, so I wanted to check and see what was safe during pregnancy for

me. I am pretty sure I can take elderberry and of course vit. C, but how about

colloidal silver and oregano (I dilute this 10% in EV olive oil, and take

probably 10 - 20 drops a few times a day). Any other suggestions? Neither of

us are ever sick, and I really don't want to be sick while I am pregnant!

Thanks,

Debbie

HI Deb,

All I can tell you is that both times I was pregnant I took both Vitamin

C (mega dosed) and a little bit of oregano oil when necessary :)

I hope y'all can " nip it in the bud " . Its NO fun being sick, especially

when pg!

Thanks Chris -- funnily enough, we are both perfectly fine today. I think I

may have just had a touch of allergy, and probably hubby too. It is a funny

time of year for that, like you don't want to admit that is what it is, and

I haven't had allergies in years until the pregnancy! :-)
