Guest guest
Hi! I am in my late 20's and have inherited " spider " veins on my upper thighs. I've had them for many years and they do not appear to be any new ones. They do not hurt, they just look ugly. For the past 10 years, I've been incorporating yoga as part of my daily rituals and that has really helped. The older members of my family have Varicose veins. While none of them have had to have surgery, a few of them wear compression stockings. I do not want to get in this position. From my research I gather that the following are good for " spider " veins: lemon EO, helichrysum EO, cypress EO, rose EO, lavender EO, parsley EO, roman & german chamomiles EO, geranium EO, calendula infused oil, and helichrysum or neroli hydrosols. What would you recommend that I use to help them (hopefully fade)? I think I'm going to try equal parts lemon and helichrysum EO in calendula infused oil, massaged on the area a few times a day. How does this sound? Thanks so much for your suggestions. Ginger in NC
Guest guest
What would you recommend that I use to help them (hopefully fade)? Try Apple Cider Vinegar. Wipe the areas with it once or twice a day. Should see a big difference in a month. Neysa in SC
Guest guest
www.watercure2.org I've been doing the cure since Monday, and I'm definitely noticing a difference! I think the essential oils really kick it up too. Kat
