Back from vacation and athelete's foot!

Hello all,

I'm back to receiving the digest from this great list, after a month on vacation

in

the US (well, a month back home in the US more like).

 

It seems that I picked up a case of athlete's foot there (it was very hot and

humid in MN) and was going to post a question...but read the back messages

and found lots of useful into, which I will put into practice, especially the

Clorex sprayed in the shower after I use it - I never thought of how I might be

infecting the others in my family!!)

 

So I'm glad to be back, and look forward to learning lots lots more here! (I'm

especially interested in the info on Yarrow - I like this herb for help with

troubled skin, so I was glad to see it featured as a herb of the week - I have

some reading to do!
