Guest guest
is my favorite. Dip in egg, then in flour w/salt & pepper. Let sit long enough for the flour egg mixture to soak into the okra. Then fry in oil. This makes a crunchy coating and the only way my Californian dh will eat it. With slice tomatoes, stewed corn and fresh peas, it can be beat (all fresh, of course). Warmly, Bobbye
Guest guest
Ooh that sounds so good! Thanks for the recipe Bobbye! My Nana used to grow Okra in her garden. So even though we are all from California, I love Okra She was from the south though Jennifer
