Hello.

I recently fractured and dislocated my ankle, and tore some ligaments. Now the

cast is off and I'm interested in making good use of oils to support the healing

process. Any suggestions as to which oils would give best support will be much

appreciated.

Also, I have a severe flare up of eczema, precipitated I believe, by stress and

the pain meds I took. Any suggestions for dealing with that?

Thank you,

Mary

Arnica would help the ankle..

Infused Arnica oil or a homeopathic gel made by Boericke.

Also infused SJW oil/ Calendula may help with the Excema,

Some people are sensitive to Comfrey infused oil, but it's great to help

and support your broken bone.

I don't know about your ankle but I have had great success with aloe vera gel

(2oz), Lavender (20 drops) and Chamomile ( I have wild and use 20 drops) for the

eczema. Kathy
