Migraines, I'm stupid and Thank you everyone!

I wanna thank all of you who have been giving me tips and ideas. They've been

wonderful and if I haven't found the answer to my problem then I will

definately be trying them out...

 

Which is where " I'm Stupid " come into it.

 

I think I've finally discovered the cause to my headaches. It's not a brain

tumor, pinched nerves, muscles strain, hormonal (except the odd time a month)

or even stress (which goodness knows does probably contribute towards them).

It's the stupidest thing of all.

 

My glasses.

 

Now my prescription is correct. But apparently heat and my glasses don't mix.

I've had this problem before when I was pregnant, but of course I've been

pregnant so often I didn't notice if this was a problem during the " Normal "

phases. Last night, I took the suckers off, and a couple of hours later, my head

started winding down a bit. I put them on and 20 minutes later " BANG " it starts

whanging on me again.

 

So. I'm going without glasses for the time being. I'm very lucky in that I

don't need them for reading and my distance sight is only mildly fuzzy. My

optomitrist told me that if his prescription was as mild he wouldn't even bother

with glasses. How ever I'm not really into fuzzy, but I'll take fuzzy over

what's been going on.

 

So. Like I said... I be STOOOOPID! But I'm hopeful that I can start living

normally for awhile instead of wearing a Woobey permantly on my neck and eyes.

ANd of course my liver will thank me! LOL!

Hey Carol,

 

All I can tell you is that after waking up feeling like I had been through

the wringer, I ignored the glasses and have remained headache free today. What a

GIFT!
