Guest guest
thanks Anita - I'll have to find some - and while it was a bit late - I got over the rash....it cleared up for a few days...and now it's BACK again..... I'm so tired of this! but I did find something that really really dries it up in a couple days - it's called domeborro - a very drying astringent - but then of course, I need something to help soothe my dry skin - one suggestion that really did work was shea butter - which I have on hand - I will look for the emu oil though - someone else also suggested that! thanks! Straight, nothing in it. Anita - Pam Monday, July 12, 2004 3:26 PM help for burnt skin ok guys...need some info here - some of you may remember that I've had poison ivy this past month - from ear to ear, down my neck and on my chin - I had tried just about everything I could think of ... it kinda cleared up - for 3 days and then I got it again in the same spot - found some wonderful product called domeboro that really dried it up within 3 days - however, my skin is SO TIGHT and so raw, that everything that I put on it - including just plain olive oil burns...the only thing that I have found that I can relieve the pain is a wet cool washcloth
