Ya know, Chris, my experience with people like this is that they

really are uninformed but they must pretend they are. Fortunately, I

have had only one individual do something similar and considered her

remarks so far off the wall that I could not consider her even

remotely accurate.

 

I think all of us in business appreciate constructive criticism (not

always easy to accept but almost always beneficial) because it forces

us to be better at what we do. To create a better product or offer

better service.

She received her item and proceeded to insist that the product must

be synthetic because she apparently believes that she has a superior

> calibrated nose and she has asked others who evidently also have

superior calibrated noses and they agree with her ... she says.
