Guest guest
Hello All, Somebody was looking for Fig Concentrate a day or so back. I was curious about it, having never heard of it, so I did some research. What I found was really quite interesting, I may have to look into getting some of this stuff to play around with. (Anybody have any ideas how to begin playing with this stuff?) Here’s a few of the results of my search: About: http://www.valleyfig.com/stepsheets/step7.htm (check out #7 on this page) http://www.nutritionaloutlook.com/company/cat/2134.html Suppliers: http://www.californiafigs.com/industry/#figprocessors http://www.nutritionaloutlook.com/company/cat/2134.html industrial level supplier (search the page (ctrl-f) for fig concentrate) http://www.cafehonolulu.com/product_e.html Other interesting fig products: http://www.thegirlandthefig.com/Sonoma/Store1.html http://www.lesliebeck.com/food_feature.php Christina, L.Ac. And PS Chris, I would be interested in that recipe you mention below.
