Guest guest
Hi Akiko, When I lived in NYC we had an ant problem, and although I had mint growing outside they'd always come in. No matter what I did they'd always come back. Turned out the ants' nest was in the ceiling above the kitchen and below the shower pan (upstairs bathroom was above the kitchen). Anyway .. only thing that seemed to control them at all (until we discovered they were in the ceiling and removed the huge nest) was those little Combat discs. Not all natural, but not a dangerous spray either, and pretty darn effective ... Good luck! *Smile* Chris (list mom) http://www.alittleolfactory.com luckyleonine2000 [luckyleonine2000] <snipped> I have another problem. I have an army of ants invading our bathroom. My husband tried citronella and peppermint, but didn't work. They just avoid it and keep going. Any suggestions? Akiko
Guest guest
I had troubles with ants a few years back. I found the place where they were coming in....marching in a continuous line!!! Like little soldiers. I shook cinnamon powder across the line where they were coming in and they stayed out after that. Worked like a charm. Guest guest
I have heard that ants will not cross a chalk line so would it be good to mix chalk and cinnamon and place it by the baseboards?????
