Guest guest
Hi all Just realised I've still not dropped a line to say " hi " , so here it is - *Hi*! I recognise lots of names from other lists so feel I know many people already. For those who I've not met yet, I'm a UK aromatherapist and have had a keen interest in herbs and natural health care for more years than I can (or care to!) remember I am on the council of the IFPA (declared " interest " there!) I have a small practice which at the moment is dormant because I'm suffering with a " trigger finger " that interferes with my massage technique - not to mention being very painful. Had a cortisone injection (under protest!) yesterday and though its taken quite a bit of the swelling down the finger is still triggering :-( but I'm told it takes two weeks to be fully effective. Anyone any ideas or experience with this condition? I'd love some suggestions on what else I can do. (Tried many natural things before finally going for the jab) Kathleen, I didn't wave back! - Sorry!. Hope the migraine is better? Or are you on to the next one by now!? Vitex (the herb not the EO) can be helpful if migraine is connected to PMS - anecdotal that is - I've had a couple of clients whose migraines cleared completely whilst they were taking it for PMS.
