Hi Merinda,

I am totally convinced that getting good massages can help SO many

physical ailments. It makes a heckuvuh lot of sense to me that a body

that is full of stress and tension is more likely to be afflicted with

headaches (of any sort).

Afternoon all,

One of my clients suffers/ed from migraines to the point where he has to

go to hospital. His GP suggested that he take 1/2 asprin each day. Now

only when problems get really bad will he get a headache. To me it

sounds like a BP or blood thickness problem, but I could be wrong.

However, since I started working on him his muscle tension has reduced

which also meant so did his migraines. Even though I do VERY firm

remedial massage on him he still thinks I am terrific!!!

Even though Martin disapproves of my Aust Sandalwood and Kunzea oils

they are part of my arsenal against migraine. It works pretty well so I

am using them (and others) as a migraine reducer stick.

Regards

Merinda
