I too would be interested to know if anyone else has noticed the same

benefits. Its possible .. my use of Origanum for Sciatica was on a whim

because I knew it was supposed to be anti-spasmodic .. and it was.

 

The only reason I can imagine why it would help strained eyes is .. as

you have touched on above .. its a muscle relaxer. I often sniff it

when I'm up tight and believe I need to wind down a bit .. and it does

work. And in your case .. it worked .. so it works. ;-)

 

One thing is for sure .. we cannot overdose sniffing it. I love the

odor and beside my PC are bottles of Origanum, Rosemary, Cineole,

Lavandula angustifolia .. in my pocket is ALWAYS a gram of Rose Otto.
