Vicky wrote a wonderful post. I do not see or hear enough of this. The

Media I hear so much about is totally one way and it is not the way I see it.

As

a matter of fact I feel very suspicious as to why anyone would want it all

their way. I was driving a few hundred miles one day and got on the radio

station KNEW channel 91. all day I listened to what they had to say, they said

it

every way there was to say it, all about Michael Moore, Liberals, Clinton,

every aspect of the war Iraq. I looked around on the dial but did not find

no one station saying anything else. I am a radio listener and I have to

believe that if there was anything else on the radio I would know. But I hear

a

lot about the liberal media especially from FOX. I would say this comes

under the heading of " say it enough just keep saying it and sooner or later

they

will believe " . I hope we are not really that kind of sheep.

 

 

I always wonder what is a liberal??????????? Are they people who help

others????? I am a person who does not follow the leader, I think for myself.

I have had an abortion, no problems, I was 41 and did not want to chance it.

I think things could be taken care of better without abortion. I do not like

it but maybe it should be left alone. I am totally against partial birth

abortion, how can it not be murder. I also think that the very people who do

not

want abortion, are the people who do not want to take care of the little ones

once they are here. For instance school breakfast, and lunch or any other

public assistance to them. I do not want to fill my gut while some child goes

without if I can help it.

Here is one answer to abortion, put an advertisement on the front page of

the paper, $2000.00 to every person male or female who will come to a clinic

and be sterilized. Or what ever price it takes. In some families they

would receive $5000.00. It did just come to me why anyone would not like this

idea. It might change the economy in different ways. Cut down on welfare,

pharmaceuticals might suffer, bless their heart, even social services, good

heavens it might even lower taxes. Should it lower taxes lets make sure the

savings stay down here, not to the upper income levels.. I did get a kick when

I

heard Bush refer to the people at his dinner party as the upper level income

people but he knows them as his base. Hey people whoever you are go see

Michael Moores movie Fharenheight 911. I do not see why anyone would not want

to

see it. I laughed so hard I almost forgot my worries.

Of course this movie did bring up other issues that I worry about but I also

felt good knowing that people are waking up to them every day. We the

people out here are being so manipulated, they do it mainly with fear. Oh yess

the terorists and the alert system. From what I have seen we have every bit

as much to worry about with our own home grown terrorists. They would like

to get rid of our Constitution and keep the Patriot act. and add the #2

Patriot act to it. Just think Congress did not even read it, they got so caught

up

in the moment they just blindly signed it. I have to believe that the

terrorsts are doing their job.

 

Just this morning I hear more about Bush and Cheney trying to get a hold of

the church registry, and asking people to send it to the campain headquarters.

They also want church members to talk to the pastor about a membership

Sunday, listing the pastors into the political campain. They want 2 potluck

dinners. It is hard to believe, I guess we are now seeing why we have

separation

of church and state.. Thank God the founding fathers took care of this. I

thought the 10 commandments should be on all school walls as a model of

morality and how to treat each other, but I guess this is how it could end up.

 

One more thing, this man Bush is obsessed with getting 4 more years in the

White House. I think he may have some unfinished business, and we could have

even more repressive surprises. He has shown us a lot, but more is to come,

he is trying to shape our world and leave an indelable print on it. Please

see the movie I did not see one thing that was not in the news, except the

casualties . All of this could have been seen in the SF Chronicle, our local

Press Democrat. (No it is not a democratic newspaper) sharon

 

I sure wonder why they spent 4 or 8 years hammering on Clinton, when today

every one lies. Out of the goodness of our heart we went into Iraq to free the

people. If I remember right special precautions werre given to stay away

from the oil. Oh yes maybe the pipeline across Afghanistan had something to do

with it. But it is not a lie, we did not go in there for oil.
