Guest guest
Hi Debra, Unrefined shea has a slight " smoky " scent to it. Refined shea butter is the one with no smell at all. *Smile* Chris (list mom) http://www.alittleolfactory.com Debra E. S. Baker [landoftheenchanted] Greetings, I need some information please, I just received some unrefined Shea Butter. I have never used it before and not quite sure what aroma it has or should have? Thank you, in advance. Debra
Guest guest
OOOPs I thought I read refined, but it depends on the shea, I have got it from dark smokey to a very mild tolerant fragrant. Marti

I had been sitting here wondering how I was going to describe it if someone asked, lol. ^BB^ Debra E. S. Guest guest
My shea came from agbangakarite and I have spoken to the owner in California, and he will provide me with certificate, I truly don't think this large company that has been in business for few years will try and sell contaminated shea, but I will call him tomorrow and get this certificate.
