etc etc and ask you for a cash " fee " to help facilitate the transfer!!!

Cindy is right .. its spam .. but moreso its a rip off .. like the

Nigerian Connection and all the variations of it now .. like the one who

found God and has but a few months to live and wants to give away all

their money so please send me your bank account number, etc.
