Guest guest
Hey y'all, I came across this last Saturday when I was trying to recuperate from the Friday night wedding .. it looked like something I could handle with little effort. Since y'all will be reading this post right after you get up this morning I thought it might be of interest to you too. This is for us mature people. Young people try it at their own risk. It is a secret for building our arm and shoulder muscles. Those who use a PC a lot might want to consider trying this regimen. Its real easy .. just do it twice a day, three days a week. It works well and there is little to no expense involved. Begin by standing with back straight and legs slightly apart. Pick up a 5 lb. tater sack in each hand. Extend your arms straight out from your sides and hold them out as long as you can - but try to hold the sacks for at least a full minute. Then relax. Repeat this exercise for two weeks .. morning and evening. After two weeks, move up to 10 lb. tater sacks .. same drill .. and try to hold them at arm's length for at least 2 minutes .. twice a day. After a few more weeks you move up to 50 lb. tater sacks. Same drill except this time try to hold them for at least 3 minutes. Eventually, you will get to where you can lift a 100 lb. tater sack in each hand and hold your arms straight out for more than 5 minutes. After you feel real confident at that level, start putting a couple of taters in each of the sacks, but be careful to not overdo it !!
