Thankfully, he only had to go in on the right side to take out the hardware, so it is mainly that portion of my spine that is stiff and sore now. I have to leave their bandage on there for several more days, but wondered if anyone had any ideas on getting the muscles to grow back to the bone quickly? I used my Under Eye Cream on the scar from the last 2 surgeries.....and it got it a very nice light pink pretty quickly. I'll probably use that again for the scar part, but not sure how to help the muscles get back on track. Chris Kelly Website updated weekly!
