Oregano and Sciatica and Living in General

A good time I had .. .. but unfortunately (maybe fortunately?) it never

got to the Boot Dance (Koro Boushka) .. but there were plenty of Turkish

and Russian Folk dances and I hung in their a long time ... :-)

And woke up with Sciatica Saturday afternoon. ;-) Twas afternoon cause

the party wasn't over till 5 in the morning. I took Saturday off as a

day of recuperation .. and Sunday as a day of reflection.

Yep .. doesn't take much to cause it. Mine was caused from a parachute

landing when I was not yet old enough to buy beer .. landed wrong and if

I had not been so young it probably would have done me in. But yonkers

pay the price later in life .. sometimes.

Good show .. but it will not be permanent. That nerve will get pinched

again if spasms start for any reason.

Great .. my middle daughter gets married on 25 July (in Georgia) so I

spect mebbe there will be a dance or three that day.
