Hi Marti! Welcome to this great list!

regarding the use of menthol crystals ... I've seen wide ranges discussed;

up to a VERY SCARY 5% YIKE!!!!! Please don't try that!

 

Sources I trust the most stick to 1.5% to 2%. It's easiest to dissolve the

crushed crystals in your EO blend for adding to the cream during the

cool-down phase. If you have any other questions, please feel free to
